Introduction
Welcome to Go BonVoya VIP Travel Agency ("Go BonVoya", "we", "our", or "us"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

1. Services
Go BonVoya curates exclusive, luxurious vacations worldwide. Our services include travel planning, accommodation booking, itinerary creation, and other travel-related services.

2. Booking and Payments
2.1. Booking Process
• All bookings must be made through our official communication channels.
• A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The amount of the deposit will be specified at the time of booking.
2.2. Payment Terms
• Full payment must be made at least 60 days before the departure date.
• For bookings made within 60 days of the departure date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
2.3. Payment Methods
• We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as specified on our website.

3. Cancellation and Refunds
3.1. Cancellation by Client
• Cancellations must be made in writing.
• If you cancel your booking, the following cancellation fees will apply:
o More than 60 days before departure: Loss of deposit
o 30-59 days before departure: 50% of the total cost
o Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of the total cost
3.2. Cancellation by Go BonVoya
• We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or an alternative arrangement of equal value.

4. Changes to Bookings
4.1. Changes by Client
• Any changes requested by the client after booking confirmation will incur an administrative fee. All changes are subject to availability and additional costs.
4.2. Changes by Go BonVoya
• We will make every effort to adhere to the planned itinerary. However, we reserve the right to make changes due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Travel Documents
• It is the client's responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and other necessary travel documents. Go BonVoya is not responsible for any issues arising from failure to obtain the required documents.

6. Health and Safety
• Clients must inform Go BonVoya of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.
• Clients are responsible for obtaining appropriate travel insurance.

7. Liability
• Go BonVoya acts as an agent for third-party suppliers and is not responsible for the actions or omissions of these suppliers.
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the booked services.

8. Complaints
• Any complaints must be made in writing within 30 days of the end of the vacation. We will address complaints promptly and fairly.

9. Privacy Policy
• We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

10. Governing Law
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in the state of Florida, USA.
